What is it that you cant understand? Dont choose db_owner. Choose dbo. Your default schema should be dbo. Should i repeat it again?

I have windows server 2008 r2 x64, i use mssql 2008 r2 express and developed, in global.cfg is this db_1 and db_account.........?????????? how connect with this?????
