Guys there is a problem.First i copied English Localization in to the server files>config>Localization..Then, i made a new omi.tex with new Localization and i changed the Language(English).So, i copied omi.tex in to server files and client..Finally, i ran the server and server sent me error...

Global.cfg you need to change Language setting

i changed the Localization files and server crashed..Why? I just copied the English Localization files..

Open global.cfg (Server 3.5\config) edit $LANGUAGE_TYPE=4 to $LANGUAGE_TYPE=1

After, generate omi.tex with Language Type = 1
:))

Change GM commands by Hex edit FieldServer.exe

Open FieldServer.exe in HxD, search "/" string and edit.
