or....
- get the item-ID u want to create / duplicate
- go to SQL, find item, copy it, add a new one
- change ID
- modify stats (optional)
- insert in shops (optional)
- create omi.tex (important)
- patch it
and done... thats the same result + much faster, but at all, nice
