997 Server Files Error

Everything runs fine, all maps are up and stuff. I am able to log in game with a human character and it works perfectly fine. I even went to divine realm and all the npcs and stuff are there. But when I try to go in game with an athan character I get the following error: "Failed to log in to server". At first I was assuming that divine realm didn't start up since gs file was kind of messed up, but I fixed it up and exchanged the gs.conf with Henmoro's one and Divine realm worked fine(I previously said I went to it with a human character). But it proved me wrong, and I am unable to log in any athan character whatsoever.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? It'd be greatly appreciated if I could receive assistance with it.

Go into the server side and check gs.conf, make server world_servers= has gs23 added to it

Somehow it causes by /usr/zx2/gamed/ptemplate.conf settings under allow_size something = number you need to it a bigger size I don't remember because I'm at work I can't tell you much
