Failed to retrieve character List

I cannot find a way to fix this problem.. Anyone can explain what to do please and ty.

anyone know how to start up the ./uniquenamed gamesys.conf in putty



well character can be used now the problem now is that says There is already a character by this name.

I think its a problem with the Interserver Database. That was the problem with me. I just copied new normal db to inter db,

that problem is caused by database ... i sugest you to make a backup of the database evryday so if you ever again get that Failed to retrice character list you just need to replace the databse with your backup one
