How do I remove the logo is it found in gfx.pack or config.pack?

I have seen some server that made change of that screen, can you unpack the .pack file?

surfaces.pck... probably is "logo.dds" in the root of the surfaces.pck...

.dds files can be edited with paint .NET or with photoshop + nvidia DDS plugin.

DON'T DELETE IT, IF YOU DELETE, YOUR CLIENT CAN CRASH IN THE LOGIN PAGE.
