So anyone know how to ip bann a region? I know it sounds bad but we are having a big problem with a specific region of players can anyone help?

If you have router just block that IP from your router

Use iptables to block that region's IP range.

tyvm atticus but how do i find out the regions ip address, im not very good with thing so i would after i find out this range what ip tables and i block it where and how?

Look up a guide on blocking IP addresses/ranges using iptables. iptables is the built in Ubuntu firewall.
