I found that this file “defaultdb” caused authorization problems.
I tried to start from "a Windows JD 17-18 classes version" and was authorized.
And the entire server cannot be placed in the Chinese Directory， otherwise “gamed1” will not be started.

Bug：
1、Shopping Mall（天帝宝库）、Map file，Server and client do not match.
Unable to purchase goods (part) & No NPC for map
2、No initial task

If anyone is looking to get rid of the sql error without renaming the folder you can
Go into the directory gmssqld\Binn

right click sqlservr (Troubleshoot Compatibility)
use the recomended settings of windows compatability:Windows XP(Service Pack 2)

THis will allow the sql server to load without error.
