This is how you should setup batgm in the settings according to that ip you gave us.

Username : Root
Password : 123456
Database Name: sm
Host : 192.168.1.102:3306
Type of server : MYSQL

Hope this helps. Also make sure the server is logged in with vmware before you try to use batgm.

how to change EXP rate?

If anyones good with 010 editor get me the Source of the elements.data,after that ill code a Editor on my own,coding english gshop editor,ill share em all here if i done em soon :)

Only way to chnge exp rates atm is to get the 100x rates elements.data from mcncc.com and patch it server side. They also have an updated task editor for the 977 files as well.

Most or all of chinese elements editor will not work/save correctly with english data, unless you have the source code for the tools to change it to fit the english data.

Here is the 100x elements and 997 Task Editor. You have to run the Task Editor in Sandbox.
