M2server cannot find 'FLD_HALLUCINATION'

The character creation is successful, when I click start, this is the error that the DBserver spits out, the game freezes at a black screen after character creation.

Everything seems fine, now when I load up the game, I get stuck on a black screen after the character selection. I have tried 3 different clients including the new one from Legend of Mir.rar, this one gives me a straight away message "Connection closed".
I have checked all the IP addresses and the server name, neither the M2Server not the DBserver spit out any sort of error messages.

those errors arent really normal question is what's causing them :(
PEnvir is the hint. I'll take a look at what I can find in the Envir folder.
its most likely something that spawns on a map that doesnt excist or something similar
penvir is just a map sorta not the envir folder
could it be that the errors are from mapquest and robot
they may have chinese chars in them and the db cant find em

Pretty sure its to do with the NPC DB, change the enabled field to 'bit'
