Help: Windows Socket Error

There isn't more than 1 of each gate open.... This is driving me nuts...

DBServer and M2Server connect to different Logins to Different Databases on the SQL.

Please anyone have any idea whats wrong?

Seen the problem twice before,

Once, when someone had messed up setting up there server, and forgot to reset the SQL and started to upload...

Once when someone was also running Habbo off SQL

Also when someone didn't forward Router.
