new database files

i followed the guide and download the db file but inside the .rar some files are corrupted and cannot be downloaded . I tried many times also cannot . So someone please upload and give me a brand new one that is not corrupted . Thanks in advance !

what guide what file what rar and where is the link for them that you are on about.

What elvin said, sometimes the LomCN files have problems with encryption. WinRAR see's them as encrypted but there not if you have this problem. P/w is Lomcn.co.uk
