lol sry was trying to do about 10 things today + read this aswell on the sly :P so i misread what u said,


anyways thanks for that, ill check it out now and get back to you on it :) ill try 2 methods:

first try ill just overwrite my current file setup and put in the SQL type, login pw etc and if that fails ill just do it from scratch


also, atm my db server saying:

try to make 2 seperate db one for ur char and one for ur server, ive done that since the very start, makes tings alot easier to do tbh, anyways looks like ur missing the table if not make sure u have all the pass and username and db name exact in the dbserver setup

but you can leave it all in the same database it doesnt matter either way

i have, i noticed that it says serverpor= in one of the field in the dbsrc.ini so i changed that im just testing it now

wanker lolz ive kinda given up on mir server as my mates "sorting it out to get mir to runon linux server" but he's a stoner so its a bit shit looll

anyways if i can get that goin we'd have a shit hot server as he knows loads about delphi so he;d prolly be able to code all sorts of shjit

but u cant code nething with these files as u dont have the source codes from them, ull have 2 start from the beginning and work all the bugs out urself
