problem with server

when i start the server at the login page
i create new account but don't show any windows.

and i put id and pass but show nothing!
what is the problem?

i have followed the guide to set up the server files, have done also the sql sever.
i start the server. nothing problems
i start mir.exe and at the loginpage if i put id and password,
nothing happen.
nothing window show me.

Do you use a router?

No, i use only a USB modem
