[Other] Halloween update ID's

Me and some players on my server did some research yesterday, and we found the ID to most of the halloween items (if not all).



87 = Bloodstone
88 = New dirt block
89 = Gold block /Sulfur

90 = Teleporter to hellworld

86 = Pumpkin Head
91 = Mad Pumpkin Head
