What Version is RZ using?
Version 3.38 Was the last FREE Version from 17NG (aka Cruel Dragon), 3.39 Only contained a few little Bug fixes, nothing Major. The Main thing with 3.39 was it allowed the use of a newer Mir3.exe (0803).
Who told you there was a 3.40 anyhow?
Terabyte do u still have contact to 17NG? still looking for an uptodate PTW version of the serverfiles without that odd 110 player usercap as we got an average of 130-140 Player on on Olymp at evening those rendering the CD 3.38 version totaly useless for us
I do indeed have contact with him, the lang barrier is a bit mad as I cannot speak chinese and he cannot speak english but I am going to be chatting with him to see if he *might* give me the source file to continue the work (you never know) - otherwise see if I cna at least secure a better version for the Major Server runners out there now

i was told by the mir ragezone host there are 3.40 files files but the chines whant money for them any if u could post a link to that or could u post a link to 3.39 thats been translated or 1 that hasent plz post

Right - V3.38 is the LAST Free Version from the Offical 17NG site, he mentions V3.39 but there is no download link for the Averge Passer by, only if you pay him some money (its a lot) then you get Latest (3.39) with no restrictions on the files. I suspect someone has Hexed it or something to read a later version, if there is indeed a later version - then please post the change log... here is the change log from 3.38 + 3.39
