Creating Tables!

Ok, I need help on how to create the damn tables for the game so i can make a character, ive read many posts about this and NOT 1 explains this. From what i figure i have to import a "mir3db 2.9BETA.mdb" Wel i have no clue how to do that either, there slike 200 posts about cant create chara, and not one of them i see an answer in that can be understood by someone who never used this before, AKA: "DO IT MANUALLY!!!!"

sorry heavent read ur guide "goes to look" i read the main one its good for setting game up but it doesnt say 1 word about tables
