Hi Mate,
Ive been looking for the same sort of stuff but im afraid after a long time of searching I can tell you that you probibally wont be making a Mir 3 server at the present time, Due to the rarity of the English translated files.
While I was searching i saw that it is possible to make a server inKorean or Chinese which isnt much use, People can translate these files but from what I've heard it takes around 6 months.
The only way it is possible to make a server is if you know someone with the translated files willing to give them to you.

This is all reference JOB/3G - on my guide you need to change were it says Game1 to Game3G for 3G Servers.
As for the English Set of files - Once again it takes a LONG time to take any Chinese MMORPG to complete english, why should one person waste this much of there life to share it with the world? If your serious about getting a server online - you would do this stage, make your server different from the rest. I released LS-JOB and its aorund somewhere, thats in English sort of..
