Download WAMP from
Next, download the newest add-on of php from
Next, download ntwdblib.dll from

1) Install WAMP
2) Install latest php addon.
Dont do anything with ntwdblib.dll YET!
3) Click on the WAMP icon -> PHP -> Version and select 5.3.1.
4) Click on the WAMP icon -> PHP -> PHP Extensions then check php_mssql and php_pdo_mssql.
(Wamp will restart and give you few errors, ignore them)
5) Restart WAMP one more time to ensure settings are saved.
6) Finally, place ntwdblib file in the following directories:
wamp\bin\php\php5.3.1
wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.11\bin
C:\Windows\System32
C:\Windows\SysWOW64 (64 bit users only!)
7) Restart wampserver, and you're finished!

Now go to C:\WAMP\www
and delete everything that's inside there!

Now go get a website that was posted in the Iris Section Here

And extract everything into C:\WAMP\www

Now you go change the config.php file!
It's also advised to what i posted here a while ago Register Fix

Getting the web local to other people:
Click on the WAMP icon at the bottom of your window
Now to go to apache and edit Httd.config or however it was called!
Press CTRL + F, and look for "Listen" a couple of times, untill you find an Ip adress (May be different for others) 127.0.0.1:80
And change it to WAN IP:8080! (This will only work if you have a No-IP.com host! and port forwarded the port 8080 in your router!)
And your good to go!

If anyone is still have trouble i will gladly make a Video tutorial for this!
