3rd job skills dont work + related questions

A couple of problems/questions. Any help will be very much appreciated:

1) - 3rd job skills are completely useless and do not work. I can put them on my F key bar and use them but they don't do naught; SFX shows up fine, but self buff skills do not give anything (not even buff icon appears) dmg dealing skills do not do any damage (monster doesn't even notice me when i cast a skill on it).

2) - How do I change job properly with a code? At the moment I'm using "/lv Slayer 130 2" but something doesn't seem to be right; I can't wield dual weapons (I can only equip one as a slayer) Also, as a Slayer, I can't really do some of the stuff that a blade (or a hero blade) can do. Same for other 3rd jobs.

3) - How can a player that is a non-gm jobchange at level 130 (from 2nd to 3rd job)? Is there some sort of script flying around or something?

@Improved I have and I've found only one thread similar to this one that was made couple of weeks/months ago but none of the replies to that helped me. Mind actually helping me?

@sagenessamerda I think it's the resource thats messed up not the source, but will do. :)

denenom, I can tell you're using Virtu's source files (I know cause I started with those and had the same problems)
your source files have bugs, not resource. they're not hard to fix though, I'm pretty new to C++ and I fixed mine
