A Maps section

That's pretty much why I started this thread, because maybe if the section was a little more organized, more people would actually try to develop and release things. A maps section would provide reassurance to someone's graphic skills, and provide maps for the "not very artistic". Maybe if there was a section, yes people would start posting it. I do agree a little with people just being stupid, and posting in other sections though, but you need to believe in the flyff community(/endsarcasm lol...)

Oh yeah lol believe in the community, then when you try to help the community they flame you and make threads about how I'm a bad moderator deleting other people's threads and I start flame wars. Oh yes believe in the community that will solve everything. /end sarcasm.

@VLxPain, I re-opened your thread that Reimniess deleted 2 hours before you re-posted it. Why would you remake it? There is a two hour gap between them and you didn't see it appear back? Also, this is more of a discussion not a request, that's why she deleted it not me.

@mootie, you posted a help/discussion thread in the dev section, no wonder it got deleted.

@Denichu, Yeah there is a lot of maps there, but that's because the community don't always show their development projects.


You could probably get a sub section in the development section or release section named "FlyFF Maps" or "FlyFF Customizations" Pick one, I'll request it later.

and another thing is that i actually re-read the rules, and even linked the "re-post"(sorry for that btw) to the rules, which in fact do not state anywhere that requests are not to be made in the flyff main section or any mmorpg forum. I believe that the Requests section, is more of a global request page, unlike the main sections of individual development sections. Anyways, a client modification section sounds good aswell... ;D

If requests are not allowed here, talk to MentaL about disabling them in all forums except the general request forum. They are allowed in this section because there's nothing preventing you from making one. It's just like hacking, Facebook could say your not allowed to hack us, but then they have nothing protecting them against it. So what good does it do?

Instead of Map section, there should be a "Flyff customization" section. Weapons, Interface, Maps, Items, etc.

I've been wondering that same thing for 4 years now. Ever since my first account, requests were never allowed but for some reason we still have the tag. And since it's there, why not use it? Besides, a suggestion imo is more like a request than a discussion.

Especially with the deletion of a non-allowed post, then a mod HAVING to get the last word and quoting the deleted post then insulting the member. It's not a mods job to do so. Either simply delete it if not allowed and give them a warning/infraction whatever is needed for the severity, and leave it at that. Or just leave it there and warn the user. But don't delete there post then make a new one with the deleted quote in it and insult the user just because you all feel you have to have the last word. I've made some pretty outrageous posts on RZ over my past 4 years here, and never once was any of them deleted, no matter how harsh it got. Even direct conflicts with other mods.

It's gonna be for both release and shows, I don't want a whole section named FlyFF customizations, it would be better to make a sub-section in Release and name it FlyFF Customizations so that people can show/release whatever they want that relates to customization flyff. We don't need a whole sub-section for Shows trust me -_-
