ALT + TAB is a hardcoded Windows shortcut. I'm pretty sure it can't be removed

There is no guide. when you press ALT + TAB, windows makes a system call which is what allows you to cycle through open windows. That system call is built into the Operating System, there's no off switch for it. Just like you can't turn off CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
You actually can change something in Neuz.exe that if you press ALT+TAB it doesn't do anything. But don't ask me, i don't know anything about that. And i'd think that is going to be a tough job...
That requires a good amount of Assembly knowledge which most people don't have.

no. you need to change something IN the neuz. Much more complicated
perhaps it could be hexed instead of using Assembly, but I doubt it.
