I know this question has been asked multiple questions.
However i still cant make it to work

This is my Event.Lua

Spoiler:

AddEvent( "Rain Event" )
--{
SetTime( "2012-15-09 23:00", "2012-20-09 00:00" )
SetRainEvent( 2, "Rain Event dubble exp" )
--}

I dont see problems with it
But it wont start the Rain

If i do /EVENTINFO 1 its says thats its not started.
/FallRain doesnt help. Do i need to do more then only that?

You have the date formatted wrong. It's supposed to be "year-month-day time".

And just so you know, this doesn't make it rain. It just means that when it is raining, people get double exp. The /FallRain command has been broken since v15 (I think) because the weather system was changed and the command wasn't updated.
