Stop Movement, is telling you pretty much what it does..

It got a chance to make a monster (or player within PK) to stop moving, which means, they cannot WALK away from their current position..
but they can still attack you if they are in range..

CHR_Range, well..
Exactly what it tells you.. lol
Your attack range becomes (what you say, higher??)

If you are for example a jester, and you got Range +30. that means the jester can hit the monsters +30 steps away from it. (just an example)
