i got prob on tom i cant used safe upgrade npc anymore....and how i do those ban...

Safe element upgrade crashed when you upgrade from +8 to +9. Delete the option in the npc, and change that in antihack configuration.

go to config/detections and change the row:
check_npc_upgrade=1
to
check_npc_upgrade=0
