AccountServer - DB Log fail

Hello,

i now here are 1000 posts for this problem and i think i have see it all :D

the odbc are succesfully set and test connect its succesfull.
the db's are add into the mssql all succesfull.

when i run now the accountserver with admin, it says me DB Log fail.

here the error:

You probably have the .ini file messed up.
