Adding a NPC Job Change Menu

Start off with what I'm trying to do:

I'm trying to add a Job Change,
    1. Player clicks Buff Pang then picks Job Change. (Note: Option is not inside dialog, it is on menu)

    2. Dialog opens then player selects from list.
If possible, I prefer to have the list horizontally aligned since there are only 4 choices and that would make it neater.

    3. If player meets the level requirements, then player changes to the selected job.
So basically, if a level 15 player clicks on Mercenary then player's job advances to Mercenary.

    4. For 2nd Job Change, the options are limited by the job the player currently have.
if Player = Mercenary then the only choices available are Blade and Knight.

    5.
There is only one Menu for Job Change and the System figures out using conditions whether the player will advance to 1st Job, 2nd or 3rd.

    What I tried before posting:
    Spoiler:

I tried to download and use Flyff Quest Editor: http://forum.ragezone.com/f457/flyff...LCC=1279780804,
I aso tried imitating the Card Master NPC for Menu.
lastly I followed this tutorial: http://forum.ragezone.com/f724/creat...LCC=1295798589
and just noticed at the end of the comment that I'm following the wrong guide.

So I tried to post here to have a chance to do this.

My level of Experience: Not so much.
    Spoiler:

I have understood how to put Items on NPC, changed their trade tab names, use ResEditor and Change Map Version, a few on editing/adding Quest.. But for this Part.. none.

So what I'm trying to say is, please be a little specific with the instructions and be patient/pardon me for not getting every word you'll be saying (if that happens). You can teach me the basics, give me a tutorial link or spoon fed me, I'm good with any of that and I'll just comment the difficult part/things I don't understand. Thank you.
