Adding additional stat points at level 400

Hi ragezoners,

Well i am having an bit of trouble figuring out where the additional stat points are comming from.

I will tell you what is happening

When my char is level 380 he has 988 Stat points this is correct

However if my char is level 400 i have 1230 Stat points. So when i do an restat it will give me only 1138 stat points

so based on the calculation

level * 3 - 59 - 3 i should have 1138 stat points

So for some reason i cant seem to find why its giving 92 Additional Stat points at level 400.

Any help and or tips will be helpfull.
