adding custom cs sets

So I used to have a v15 server, and i put new cs into it and everything was fine except for when it doesn't show to certain players.

But the problem is that I have now a v16 server and now if i have the same cs coded in the spec_item.txt file, the database server crashes. I was checking other servers to see their coding for custom cs and they are using the propitem.txt file instead of the spec_item.txt. I tried changing the file names and that didn't work either.

I was able to code in a new blink, but when it comes to cs or weapons, the db server crashes on me. >>

...any ideas?
