Anyone know how to up private server on dedicated server ?

Hello !

I have a dedicated server which is on Windws 2008 R2 Standard Edition.

I get on it all of my v17 files, and the server run (World Server show CCU:0, the date and other stuff).

I modify .ini files like in guides (I set servers' ip in Accountserver.ini, and loginserver.ini in AddCache only)

I reshacked my Neuz (by adding servers' ip). The patcher work, but the game doesn't connect to the dedicated server.

Anyone have the fix ?

It's the firewall settings. On Windows Server 2008 R2, default settings blocks everything that isn't initiated from the server itself (ie. opening a web browser)

You have to manually open the ports for 15400 (or whatever it is in Neuz), 23000, and 28000

Thanks ! It wasn't ports (because I allowed all .exe which are in Program folder in the firewall), just an error with account, I can't login with an username which have a caps. :)

That you can't login with usernames and passwords with caps on is normal. Probably 90% of all the servers have the same thing, and people doesn't bother to fix it cause everyone knows about it.

I think I saw the problem while messing with something else before.
It happens because when you're logging in, it uses a function that makes the entire account name lowercase before checking the database for that account. I have no idea why they did this, but that's what's happening.

With Dell Honne's data, I have this problem. To fix it, I just use AllInOne v15 database. :)
