It's not a problem at all GlaphanI've been looking for a way I could contribute something for awhile now anyway, so I definitely feel a little better now finally.
One note though about that map, I'm sure you've noticed it's got a couple typos on it, although that's to be expected I guess seeing as it was practically one of (if not THE) first official maps out, but the typos aren't really the problem. I believe that there is a couple of the Second-Job change NPC's that are mixed up, e.g. for example one saying it's the "Knight" job-change NPC where as it's really the "Jester" job-change NPC. But not positive as to which classes are mixed up and whether or not the actual names of those NPC's are switched as well.
But it wouldn't take me long to remember for sure. But what are the chances of that being an issue before I go and double-check it all out? I figure there's the chance you already know and also, I think all the 2nd Job NPC's in Darkon 3 may be the same now as they were I'm just not positive at this second because having so much on my mind.

OMG! I completly forgot about PD4/6/8/10/12s!
Here's what the economy was back in the good-ol days:
PD4= 300k a pop [So bacicly you can +3 anything for UNDER a mill...I know cool, right?]
PD6= 60k a pop [Nobody liked them because +3 was all you needed haha]
PD8= 100k a pop [Its like a better PD6 cause of the success rate]
PD10=150k a pop [I thought it was 150k, I can't remember...but I think they were just +1~10 like sunstones, but low success rate]
PD12=500k a pop [Higher rate than PD10, so like today's sunstones, but still cheaper]
And another [OMG!] for the job changes.
For you v6 people, do you remember thoes job changes? Just talk to this guy...hunt like these monsters...collect a few things....talk to that guy.....talk to this guy again...and BAM! Job Change.
People say v7 was better cause you can "Max out your skills easier now", but thats because they were so fkin lazy! Its no fun to just earn it. That's why Flyff private servers are boring cause they just GIVE it to you! I want to play a server where you have to earn it, like Fame.
I think pd12s were both suns and moons O_o that would make more sence. O_o considering they were worth way more.

They didn't have infinite knockback and crit.
Crit, is capped at 96%. You can go over it on the char status window, but no matter what it says you are and have always been capped at 96%.
And knockbacks didn't effect the pvm side of bow jesters.
They only removed knockbacks from pvp for everyone except Yoyo users, and psys using wand attacks.
for skill leveling
add a add exp function to when you use the skill (or kill if thats how it works)
add a new skill exp to DB (make it its own table)
have a line for eache player id and a collum for each skill id and what is placed in the collum is the level
and beside the id have the exp
once it reaches required amount level up
or somthing like that sorry if its not too thought out im distracted at the moment
it wouldnt take long for somone to add and I know what your thinking "talk is cheap" well ive done it already and know it for a fact

I got it working but it crashes upon closing. Don't understand that. The people working on it should still do so to make sure GG is removed to aleviate further headaches. Maybe its v6 but perhaps a piece of code is missing or something. I am not good with disassembling and hex editing so I don't know.
On another note. Progression is running along nicely. I plan on making the source readily available upon full completion. I may let other people in but as for now, its a solo thing.
I'll make a dev thread upon smoother execution of the code and a binary set for all to enjoy.
Credits from sources include all the people working on open sources as there is too many, the people working on modifying the clients for the project.

Heres another tidbit, are all the skills minus hero and master still the same. How many in total are there. 40? 45?
I need to know this because the world packet needs to load it.
