Was doing some crap for the flyforfame event that's coming up which required editing of the RGN files to spawn some extra mobs.
So for those of you using the rgn files to spawn mobs (Non-Calli) files or official ones, this will allow you to spawn new NPCs easily by editing of the rgn files for worlds.
RGN Format is below
Basically each is a call to spawn an mob when the world server loads it so I simply made a fully functional editor for it where you had the ability to add new mobs/edit the current ones there.// Region Script File
