5 Finally, [not grateful], A rather pleasant person can me release Propitem so that I have The CS In npc [also weapons if possible]

U can use search button on the forum.. also is on the release section.

2 Somebody can Give me in Download ID of the Version 14 [Wings etc.]

Use a flyff res editor and extract the files on data.res or subdata2.res there are the files u need.

3 How Then I to Make an event Exp? [I believe that I must be sovereign, but how proceed to it]

LuaFun on your resource folder.. also theres a release event on the release section.. u need to learn to search first >>

Res editor. on ur client data.res

Errr.. theres also a troail for this on release section, if u dont have tiem to make your own nopc.. u should be running a server ><

I know how to change spleens, but it is not its about what I speak, I spoke about how event Exp in the server, IG, But I think that it is necessary to be sovereign, I think it's command For Make that Event?

Normally he write when you launches the event:

The sovereign launched an event in ........

Thus please you can answer me?
