Blade no Damage when enemy using +4 up Armor

Why blade cant create damage when and an enemy at PVP is using +3 up Armor..Where can i adjust this!!

lol, check your weapon damage in resource, i can't remember which file it is but you can search Change Bow damage and in that threath is showed how to change the damage i think it's in the same document.
