Problem is we don't know where its located.

mostly it would be in character database and i searched through server files but couldnt find it so i guess either database or use asm skillz to edit it.

its in the character .res file its the file named CBLX change that to whetever time you want or 0 - NULL for no chat block. or just delete the res file and copy it with the v.16 one LOL
