Bugg problems ( need help)

If someone could help me with some problems, that would be fine ^__^

Problem 1: We have still problems with out invertory bug :S.. People have problems to equip theire items and with equiping theire blade swords.. ( duel swords)

problem 2:The pvp arena... We have theire a bug also.. People can't hit theire normall on other players The problem is that they can't see normall if someone is fighting.. It's a really anoying bugg:S

Problem 3: Skill bugss:S I saw some files to unbug some skillbuggs.. But theire are still some...
Problem 4: The upgrading... I know.. it's hard to fix, but are theire any files where we can get it or copie it form an other Db ?? Because now they can only upgrade till +5... Our dev doesn't know how to fix it also :S This goes terribly wrong :(

Problem 5: Also we have some problems with the gm commands and item list :S If we make an item that goes good.. But when we put in an item like ( White Clockbike) we as gm's are bugged:S and can't log in anymore on our account. Also with teleporting.. if we using a tele command we are going to a place that's empty.. then we need firts to go to gm island.. and to use theire a blingwing to go to a city... That's also bugged I think .

Problem 6: The monster bug... almost every monster doesn't attack :O ... what could be wrong?
Problem 7: We are missing a lost of quests.. If you talk to every npc.. they say all the sam.. hello Devenstator or Hello Neogranny ( depends on which player)

We are using the newest Neuz_no_gg_file.. With that the actionslot is fixed:D ( if theire is a better one...Tell me pls)

We want that our server goes very good :D But now..:S We need much help to fix this . I hope some one can tell or post me some links to fix this all.. ( I'm looking everyday to find a way to fix this)

Plss.. Can someone help us??
