My biggest arguement when all Caali server files were removed was exactly this....no development is bad....
Sure everyone was all estatic when Dragon was released....but...now what...still nowhere near as complete as Caali's files were....and no end in sight....
Dragon dev seems to be dead....
GlaphanKing doesn't log into the forums near as much as he did....and he was the one that spearheaded the whole removal of the files in the first place.
Hell we barely get any mods at all.....
Caali's files will keep this area alive.
Sorry to say but a forum with tons of help threads on how to use caali files(what keep this alive) or a forum with no threads at all would be the same, still no progress.Quote:

if we keep using caali's file example rev1 which is the safest XD
for me rev1 is still in 35% (for me only) so we will really stuck in 35% coz we dont have source XD and if there will be new version it will become 25% XD still stucking and it will keep decreasing XD
so there's no choice but to make another one XD
Hopefully gunnerones version will move along at a steady pace and not become inactive like Dragon did....
Have you tried to contact him BB? I think you would be an awesome addition to his team...and Frost...you can help alot too....

Well he did say he was only using Java to hone his skills in it and would probably switch back to C++...
With all 3 of your abilities combined in a joint effort...I'd love to see the results...
My biggest dream is a completely customizable server....as in just about EVERYTHING from xp to drop to refining attempts...everything being controlled from the server .ini files....
Kind of like Ascent and Mangoes are for WoW....you can set everything in the ini files..
Look at it this way Monolith:
Old RZ(Caali acceptable): One Caali Release= 19 pages of comments, 1000 help threads, and 50 more leechers that want a uncustomized server off the bat.
1 DFlyff Release= 5 pages back, 5 comments
New RZ(No Caali): Dflyff/ Anyonther release/Dev thread= 20-30 helpful, progressive comments.
I'd rather wait, And keep the Caali files for testing purposes.
