Here is the thing, You are new to this whole thing but You're doing it all wrong.
1. Stop asking stupid question that can be answerd by one second of search in google.
2. Stop trying to work with compiler version that might be..I don't know older than you?
3. Stop trying to work with sources that are full of bugged system. I know it looks attractive to see all of these #define Trust me I used to be same. and then I realize that this is a waste of time. You will be stuck in the place and you will make 0 progress with it.
Start to show any will to make a progress, rather than categorizing yourself as a "I'm New" in any stupid question.
It's been a week since a response i am going to assume this has been solved.
