Can login & play with test but not new ones

I can login and play with one of the test accounts but cannot get past the character creation screen with the new account I made to login with it just sits where you put your bank pin in when I click ok there it just sits there ....... any ideas???
I have sat here since around 6:30pm (now 3:32am lol) reading every post I can find in regards to this type of issue but nothing has been posted that I've found that does this exact thing.

*** Finally re-did the server for a 2nd time and it works like a charm now!!! 2 words were misspelled that I found. Be wary of the old copy & paste routine lol

Did you set 127.0.0.1 at neuz.ini and neuz.exe? Also check the cacheport of neuz.exe and cacheserver.ini (if you got it in it).

Yep double checked to make sure when you posted this.
