Port Start:
Add the 15400 ip.
Port end:
Open your CMD and if you are on windows xp (Open notepad type: start cmd.exe) and save it as load.bat.
Now you need to type "ipconfig" scroll down until you can see, Ipv4-adress. Copy that ip, and put it at end of port end.
