Can someone help me with flyff pserver

i made a pserver now my problem is when i go in game i cant go inside the arena coz when i press the npc entrance i only see dialog i dont see enter arena how to fixed this...

whats your level you level 15 and 1st job or up??
if you not its not give you to enter hh

im gm of my pserver lvl 120 but i cant see the enter arena i only see dialog when i press the npc..
