Cant connect to server

Change line number 7 in neuz.exe to 5400.

Change Port in CacheServer.ini to 5400.

Make sure you #define PN_CACHESRVR is 5400.

Save, and you're good to go.

but before i post that i try to change
#define PN_CACHESRVR is 5400

into
#define PN_CACHESRVR is 15400

and still cant connect
