Cant create new account

Some reason, i cant create new accounts for my private server. i have a single account, and it logs in just fine, but any other account i make through the exact same manner, the login screen just refuses to acknowledge they exist. always says "login details incorrect, please try again" friend siad its either my login or database servers having issues, but i dont really know where to begin trying to fix it. i checked my account table, and details table, and both of them register the accounts being created, with the password section properly filled in, and im using the right password validation code, which is patom... but i'm still having no luck.

EDIT: apparently it doesnt like it when you create an account with capital letters. it's been resolved.
