Can't get V15 Server Started

Hey guys, I thought i followed all the tutorials right.. Aparently not. If someone is pro at v15 can you help me?

I got it all setup its just when i try to run the AccountServer it says can't connect to db.

Idk.

If you are running in Windows7 just Right click the account server and click on "Run as administrator" that will work

Just run all the Server Files as Administrator
