Can't restore db

I've followed this fabulous guide Dell Honne

([Guide] v15 In-Depth Setup Guide /w Support - RaGEZONE forums) but as a noob i'm stuck.

I can't restore the DB Ranking i can restore all the others except this one. O_o

I dunno where is the problem ..

So if someone could help me iwould be grateful.
