change monster locations

i need a tut/guide on how to change locations of monster please

Caali/Lightning: Not allowed
osA: Find the id in the spawn_mob table and clean it. use gm commands for adding them mannually
Others: No Idea

Just go into your database and wipe the monster spawn table or whatever it's been named to for the server you use.Then like Jmvip said, go into game and start spawning your own spawns manually.
