Character already exists

I delleted all chars from dbo.CHARACTER_TBL and after that when i make a char it says it exists (no matter name) i return and go again and char is there how can i fix it

You can just use "v15" beast, normal beast, to open v17 maps. You need to have all the new models in place and use the correct mdldyna or so. Look at the thread Adler made to solve the errors, that will make clear what the problem is and how you can solve it.
