I have an Issue with the character screen ,I can't seem to log on at all.

It's your database. Get one that's verified to have minimal or no issues and it should fix your problem. I recommended Serus's repack stuff.

Serus's works without many problems, but Sedrika's AiO v3 is the best i've found. Serus's has a few minor problems.
