Character Selection : Cannot Connect to The Game. Please Check the network.

when i log in my account and do the character select it always pop up the Cannot Connect to The Game. Please Check the network. how can i fix this .. thers no errors in log .. i also checked the ip address in the ini files and do port forwarding the ports .. :(
