Yeah, something you can make yourself and can host on your own. It takes a little bit of work, but it's the cheapest since you only pay for the internet connection required and you do all the maintenance yourself at home. lol

Though if you don't have a 100mbits or more and a good processor/RAM, players are gonna lag shitless. Hence the need for a dedi.
